Warning!

A couple of the pictures contained in this post may be difficult to look at, but they are important to see... Just giving you fair warning. Of course, I make it up to you in the end!!

My very astute reader continues to bring important things to my attention. I’ve covered quite a few maladies that can interrupt our enjoyment of our cocks, but I missed one very important one: Penile Cancer.

Oh, yes, Ladies and Gentlemen – cancer of the cock. You think cancer cares what body part it invades?

The incidence of penile cancer in the U.S. is 1 or 2 in every 100,000 men. Pretty rare, right? But don’t be fooled into a lax attitude. The risk increases as we get older, too.

You can learn more at Livestrong (the Lance Armstrong Foundation website).

I would hope that any of my readers would never allow their cock to look this way before seeking medical attention.

That lovely, enticing hunk of meat between your legs is the only one you’ll get guys! Keep an eye on it as much as you keep a hand on it. It’s meant to be enjoyed and there won’t be much enjoyment if any part of it has to be surgically removed because you were too afraid, or too embarrassed to see a doctor. Maybe we need to add "Dick Check" to our monthly "Ball Check."

Flaccid, chubbed, or hard as a tree trunk, cock is a wonderful thing. Take care of it and it will take care of you!

Speaking of health issues, I've got a question that I'm hoping you can answer. Is there any connection between losing an erection early and an extra-long urination session? From what little I know, I'd think it was a urine erection, BUT he usually gets those on the second (or later) erection of the night, not the first. Could there be some other issue here or just a singular unusual occurrence?

@Amanda - I'm not entirely sure I understand your question. The duration of men's nocturnal erections will vary widely from a matter of a few minutes to more than thirty minutes. The final erection during sleep will normally be the longest - mainly because that is when REM sleep occurs. The theories on these are wide-spread; from "piss hard-on" to sexual dreams. The "piss hard-on" moniker began because of the times the erection will not subside until urination has begun. Otherwise that morning wood usually wilts rapidly upon waking.

This was actually before he ever went to sleep. We engaged in some foreplay and then tried to have sex but he went soft pretty quickly. This doesn't happen often and when it does, it's usually because he had some alcohol during the evening or forgot to take his prednisone. Unlike when this usually occurs, however, later that night (not right after), he said there was at least once that he peed MUCH more than usual.
