Boosts Boners

I have so much to do today. I'm pushed to the ropes. But, I have to enjoin the comment by Jean on yesterday's post about dealing with anxiety.
Unplug from the electronic devices for a while each day. Turn them off, set them aside. Kick back and just...chill.

Exercise. Exercise helps decrease anxiety. Exercise helps boost Testosterone levels.

Which means, it boosts boners.

Great advice as always! Disconnecting from electronics for an hour a day is healthy.

Hey brother - I hope all goes well and that you get things done in good order without much fuss. Love the relaxation post - exercise is a very good way to relief anxiety and make you feel so much better in all aspects of our being. Wishing you all the best! Hugs, Licks, and Strokes, AOM

I cannot answer, I have unplugged and I am chilling-out for all the weekend that I wish you wondrous.

Hugs and bisous, my darlings Jean and Pat.

@ Jean
Thank you so very much for your yesterday's congratulations to my country for having won the global football championship.
I add them in good place to my collection with those of Pat and Obama, very far from those of Trump which, as soon as known, found themselves in the municipal dump of my town.

Actually I think exercise boosts testosterone in everybody; women can benefit too! I thought of those devices because I am beginning to see more folks with irritated eyes. Seems like that’s the number one drug advert these days is for dry eyes.
Hot as blazes here! They have just started the Christmas in July sales. Guess the year is almost over. Hugs and bisous.

Very much in agreement bro. We are truly controlled by an apparatus society so to speak. I have a thing each day. Masturbate mindfully in the morning after some scrotal breathing and at night before sleeping also. After each session of about 20 min,s I then meditate for about 10 min,s. You then at least have had two moment,s where you are truly mindful.
