The Lingering Boner

As we age, our cocks aren't as quick to stand up. It takes more mental and physical stimulation to get it there, and the geysers of our youth become weaker.
2
We're often told it's a matter of "blood flow." At least that's what the folks at Pfiser keep telling us in all those ads on the telly.
3
Once the spasms are over,
4
  the boner doesn't linger.
5
Even our urine streams get weaker.
6
But, it doesn't have to be so. And, you don't necessarily need the "little blue pill." Kegels are the answer.
A
Doing those gets the blood flowing through the area, keeping the tissue healthier and keeps those pelvic floor muscles in shape. Exercising is important
B
Kegels assist in the force of ejaculation.
7
They assist in the standing degree of angle, and degree of hardness.
8

9
The healthier the muscle tissue, the better the boner. The better the boner, the better the ejaculation. The better the ejaculation, the longer the boner will linger.
10
And, post cum sensations in the cock can be very enjoyable.

You are quite right, my dear Pat, the exercices of the Dr Arnold Kegel help firm the perineal and pubococcygeal muscles, which form the floor of the pelvic cavity, and that enhance sensation and sexual response and prevent or control urinary incontinence and other pelvic floor problems, as well for the men and the women as well still young or already old.

Thanks for your message on my blog, I have been saddened to learn this baD news, and you have my wholehearted support.

I wish you a wondrous day, my dear friend, with a lot of bisous.

Didn't know MEN could do Kegel exercises. Women have known this for ages especially after childbirth. Thanks for the continuing edu.

@ Jean - Kegels were introduced to men in the early - late 90's via Men's Health when it was an 8-page newsletter. The initial thought was to assist men who faced prostate surgery... the added benefits were a welcome surprise.

Great stuff. I need to try this. Strong boners make a strong man. I need to get strong.

@ jeporter - Do at least one set of kegels every day and in time you'll notice the difference in your hard-ons.
