"Why do my nuts ache first thing in the morning? It clears up after a while, but it’s very uncomfortable for an hour or two."
It could be one of two things: Sleep position, or arousal. Or even a combination
of both. If you are a side/stomach sleeper, you might be placing body weight on
your balls.
Before you go to sleep, pull the boys out from under you.
If you experience
a prolonged erection, the lengthy arousal will cause the normal fluid build-up that
is associated with vasocongestion, or what is commonly known as Blue Balls. Particularly
if your dream turns sexual, which can increase the arousal. If you don’t ejaculate
(have a wet dream), the vascular congestion isn’t released and you wake with aching
balls.
As you’ve noted, the ache relieves itself after a while, because
your physical movement is helping to push the fluid out.
The only way to reduce the congestion immediately is to either exercise
Or cum.

I'm like that guy spooning the pillow when I sleep. I seldom feel any discomfort in the morning, just some wood sometimes. But I do like morning sex more than night sex, natch.
XOXO
Not that I'm not working, and have time in the morning, the first thing I do is run one off. Then I can go about my day.
It is not very serious, but it is painful and it is surely preferable that it is neither too prolonged nor too repetitive.
Here your reader has seven ways to get rid of painful blue balls, aka epididymal hypertension (EH), aka sexual arousal orchialgia, aka lover's nuts:

Hugs and bisous, my darlings Jean and Pat.
I love my morning wood. Makes me feel healthy. :)
Never had that problem. In my case I have slight size difference between my two testicles, and I think that helps with positioning. Occasionally I might reposition my genitals if I get too warm or something doesn't feel right as I attempt to fall asleep. I toss and turn a lot, so it's not easy for me to fall asleep. I wish sleep came more easily at times. I agree with the blog owner, and think you might be laying on your testes. Just lift and move them around, it is fun. ;)
Howdy, my Dear Friend. Good info and photo spread. I hope all is going well with you and yours. I wish you a super duper day. Hugs, Licks, and Strokes, AOM
Something new to learn every day, thanks Pat. Stay safe. hugs and bisous.
Reminds me of how in Lakota culture, a buildup of semen is seen as dangerous. But there are times when you can't get someone to help you (especially women).
Good question and good answer.
@ Anon 4:21pm - One testicle larger than the other is normal. Typically the left, and it usually hangs lower as well.
Positioning can be a problem, especially if you toss and turn a lot. I hear you on that one!
@ Anon, 3:45am - There are many things within the Native cultures which the general society has pushed away. Sadly. A buildup of semen - lack of ejaculations - puts a man at higher risk for prostate cancer. And it has taken the general society decades to figure out what the Lakota have known all along.
masturbating is useful for relaxing
Well, there are also limits on when. You're supposed to space out children by years, and not do anything on her period. For a man's part, a Sundance pledge means a year of chastity (at least from women) and certain ceremonies require abstinence from all sex including masturbation, albeit only for a few days. War is also a period of abstinence from women.
So who can a man (and by man I mean able to shoot) turn to? A winkte (transgender)? A close friend's wife (with his friend's approval)? Or just his own hand or a friend's hand? The last one's going to be available most of the time. Since I need to her man and wife's approval to sleep with the wife.
