Of course it would be okay. He obviously didn't worry about being recognized. He may welcome it. He may jump at the chance.
But you have to be prepared if he says he prefers camming to jacking off with someone in person. You can express disappointment but that's as far as it should go. It would have to be along the lines of, "Oh, okay. I get it, no problem."
And, if he does demur, the next time you see him or talk to him, make no mention of it unless he brings up the subject.
