I don't mind...and welcome frequent erections....but when there that hard...they can hurt and get very uncomfortable.

This happened to me when I was younger. My Dad advised me to jack off, and so did the doctor.
There is difficulty urinating for me at times, but it's more trying to aim with an erection like that.

@ Anon - It's a true task trying to pee with a boner. The solution is to pee in the shower (or outdoors, if possible) where aiming is not necessary.
