(Cock) Value

1

So, the last few days, I have found myself wondering what men believe to be their most valued possession. I think if you asked, each one would name some material thing, such as a car, boat, motorcycle; or perhaps some collectible thing like a baseball, or photo. Well, at least the younger crowd would. But, I find, anyway, the longer I hold onto those kinds of things, the less they mean to me. They're just things and (most) things can be replaced. I do realize there are some things which can't be. Like a best buddy - the one who does anything for you, that forgives even after you've been a total ass.

Or the family member - the brother who is always there for you, even after you've done something awful.

3

The older crowd might say their health. A thing which becomes more important as we grow older.

But, I wonder how many would even think to say, "My cock." even if only as an afterthought? Here is something which men possess, which defines them, is a valuable tool that brings us not only joy and pleasure, but talks to us, informs us, and cannot be replaced. And, we only seem to miss and place a high value that which we no longer have.

I certainly hope you all recognize the value in yours.

My dear friend, there is a precious, a necessary and until new order irreplaceable thing which you forgot even though you were using it by writing your article: your intelligence.
As for me I am sure that it is my most valued possession, even if René Pascal said that the intelligence is the thing the best distributed at the men because whatever how much he is provided with it, he always has the impression to have it enough, because it is with that that he judges.
On the contrary, we judge all our possessions other than the intelligence by comparing them with our other possessions or those that others possess.
So that it is absurd in both cases, maybe, but we are incapable to do better.
And I, the best I can do is to wish you an excellent day with many bisous.

@ YFP - You get philosophical on me, mon ami! ;-)

Yes, what you say is true - intelligence is irreplaceable, though levels differ amongst the human race - I mean look at those who are ignorant and choose to remain so...

Many hugs I give to you - and many bisous for being such a good, good friend!

You have written the "human race" and not the "human races". You are quite right, there is only one human race and the fact of having a white or black skin does not establish a bigger difference than to have fair or red hair.
Too much people need to know that.
Bisou.
