Devil's Weed

So, a bit of news about boosting Testosterone. If you remember the discussions a short while back, readers had asked if there was a Natural way to boost T. While there are many, many products out there claiming to do just that - few have any medical studies to prove it. Now, this has been brought to my attention: The plant Tribulus Terristris.  Common name:  Devil's Weed.
This weed grows a fruit which is purported to increase T levels. And supposedly increases libido.

So, of course, there's a supplement available. Devil's Weed, indeed. Recall the adage: "Be careful what you wish for." Because while this supplement may indeed boost your Testosterone and your Libido
Studies have shown high doses and continued use will cause men to grow breasts.
This is caused by hormonal imbalances.
That's the bottom line. Ingesting too many supplements (even vitamins) can be detrimental.

That fits in nicely with today. You know what today is, right?
Buddy Ball Check
So, get busy with your Boys. Check 'em.
Notice any lumps, bumps, or unusually firm spots?
Hightail it to your doctor for a thorough Ball Check.

And, stop being shy about this! Be the Cool Dude of the group. Pass the word on to all the males you can:

You never know when you may save a life.

Phelps won his 23th gold medal. We can only admire and congratulate him. It is a pity he retires. You wrote that he is "the most decorated Olympian in the history of the games (including the ancient)" He has more medals than what several countries have had all fields combined since the first modern Olympics in 1896.

But as regards the "ancient" a Roman emperor, as a chariotee, gained many more than 23 crowns of laurel (replaced by the golden medals) during the Olympics.

LOL, I have to admit that I am a little bit cheating because, after his death, his victories were cancelled because all his opponents knew that they would be killed if they had dared to gain.

By the way, were you aware that among the chariotees, Pompeius Musclosus accumulated 3,599 victories, but obviously not only during Olympics, and that Gaius Appuleius Dioclès gained 35,863,120 sesteriums equivalent to about 12 billion dollars?

But, much more important than all the foregoing, I wish you as well as to our marvellous Jean a wondrous day with lots of bisous

yes @French Patrick, it is shocking how little separates the top athletes. No wonder they are all looking for ways to increase their times and stamina. It is really good to see nations all together with one goal. It is the only thing distracting us from this awful election process!!

It is hot as blazes! Many hugs to dear Pat and Patrick.
