Gym Etiquette & Clean Up

It appears a lot of Readers have encountered other men jacking off at the gym; in the locker room, in the shower, in the sauna. The consensus is it's not really a problem, no one much cares.

As Jean stated: "I think it comes down to being mindful of where you are, a public locker/gym, so they may need to be more conservative. What do the locals do? Just take your cue from them. Hugs and bisous."

Gyms may toss men out once in a while, but as Maddie stated, "...mostly for "sanitary reasons" others and were told to use urinals' for that if they had to."

Adam agreed that is the real problem/question. "The unasked question though is about what to do if there's an ejaculation. Bodily fluids left behind in the gym shower will be a problem for some. What would you do in that situation?"

Regardless of what public space you may be in, if you're going to masturbate, clean up after yourself. Don't leave it for someone else to step in, or for the staff to clean up at the end of the day. You wouldn't cum all over your own floor or walls and leave it, don't do it at the gym.

In the showers? Wash it down. In the locker room or a men's room stall, wipe it up. In a sauna or steam room, gyms and day spas typically supply stacks of towels - - take an extra in with you to clean up.

Don't ever, ever, ever cum in the pool or jacuzzi spa.

Eww. Pool and jacuzzi. Eww. I do agree... clean up is very very important. #1 to hide your activity so others don't have to deal with your cum and #2 for they hygienic comfort of everyone around.

Good advice. I would never leave my spunk behind in a public place. I just figure most folks would not want others to do that so I would chose not to do that. I hope all is well with you, my Dear Friend. Wishing you a lovely day. Hugs, Licks, and Strokes, AOM

I share the opinion of the "consensus" : it's not really a problem, no one much cares.

President Donald Trump fired the director of the federal agency that vouched for the reliability of the 2020 election.
It reminds me of the story of the guy who breaks the thermometer to get rid of his fever.

Hugs and bisous, my darlings Jean and Pat.

I learned so much here.
I have no idea what the etiquette is because I don't go to the gym....
Who knew?

XOXO

The fundamental message is: think about the impact on others, don't simply be selfish and aim for a win-win outcum in any activity.

I think many of society's ills are a result of encouraging selfishness and competition instead of consideration and cooperation.

@ Anon - I think you're correct.

I'd say do get naked, don't fap.

But I can't help but think of that South Park episode where Stan and Kyle's dad's masturbate together in a hot tub and everyone's done that. Wait, in the hot tub?

@Your French Patrick: Ever hear of the Saturday Night Massacre? Nixon wanted the director of the FBI fired because he knew about the Watergate break in. So he asked the Attorney General to do it. He refused, so Nixon fired him and asked the Inspector General. He refused, Nixon fired him and asked the Solicitor General, who agreed to fire him. Most of the scandal is the cover-up; without it, Tricky Dick would be Highly Suspicious But We Have Nothing Concrete Dick.

Regardless, the Biden honeymoon is already over. He's already floating industry insiders to regulate their own industries, just like Trump!

But then, Trump also demonstrates the wisdom of eschewing foreign influences. But so did all the Clintonites. And Bush. Seriously, half the politicians I can't stand have dual loyalties.

@ Anon - "He's already floating industry insiders to regulate their own industries, just like Trump!" Au contraire. And, that has been a lot of the problem.

Trump put so many people in charge of federal agencies with zero experience and a good many of them were caught with their hands in the proverbial cookie jar. He just put a 34-year old, non-military guy with zero experience in at the Pentagon, and it has just been decreed that ALL military decisions must be approved by him. Really? A civilian making military decisions regarding the security of the country?

Not wanting people with experience is like expecting a Busboy to head up the FAA, or asking an 18-year old Pole Dancer to take charge of the CIA.

There are a lot of things wrong with the federal government, but appointing experience is not one of them.

@whkattk - Experience is fine, but when are we going to have term limits on these people? It seems that some of them go away for awhile, only to come back in another position. Maybe it's a retire/rehire situation. This is more of the same Obama era just rinse and repeat. More "hope" and "change" pep rallies for all the covid afflicted.
