Open Phallic Pride

Watched a series of episodes of Dr. Drew... It seems everyone is now talking about and covering the Trans community - as if sexual identity and what used to be called "gender-bending" is something new that must be thrown out into the light of day.
One guest happened to be Navajo, who explained that, in the history of her nation, they believed there were 5 genders (from the feminine to the masculine)...until Colonization and it's resultant Religions forced the old beliefs and traditions to be shoved deeply into the closet.
Years ago, an old friend of mine, a Native American Shaman as well as a medical doctor, told me of this and how he was held in the highest esteem because of his complete bisexuality.
Yet, it was truly great to hear that spoken of on national television.
The sad part is, she stated the older generation still holds to those beliefs and it is the younger people who are not accepting because organized religion has poisoned the well of Nature. Now that medical science is catching up to what ancient peoples already knew to be true, perhaps we can return to the acceptance of the phallus. Maybe we can return to the open pride men once had, see the beauty of it.

I wonder how human beings aren't at least bisex (or rather: most of them are bisex, but they hide it). I can't understand truly neither bisex and straight, because I'm 100% gay!

The whole "trans" thing is interesting. It's educational in the sense that very few people understand it -- including many scientists and researchers who are only speculating at this point. But interesting from the standpoint that on a number of purportedly progressive media outlets (e.g., Huffington Post), it's pretty well pushed everything else off the front pages. Oppression of trans people is now THE political thing. There's plenty of oppression to go around, but rather than single out this phenomenon, wouldn't it be better to promote the idea that all people have within themselves different degrees, facts, and aspects of sexuality to a lesser or greater extent? That people are simply people who don't fit one of five molds? And that we all need to be accepted for who we are? Including guys who have sex with women but actually prefer to hang out with their buddies and have bro-bro sex?

P.S. Someone posted an ad for paid porn just above.

@ SteveXS - I agree with your summation -totally.

Yep, I've been reporting her/him for weeks now. Have not been able to find a way (through Blogger) to simply block the spam. Trust me, it shall be removed.

@ MFP - Mon ami, your comment mistakenly got caught in the removal process of spam. My apologies!

Yes! I agree we should begin a Penis Pride revolution.
