Boners and Mental Health

There is no need to be frightened of a naked man for he has nothing to hide.
2
Yet, many are fearful of being seen nude due to low self-esteem; a mental health issue. Yes, believe it or not, body image is part of one's mental health. We all think we have to have a perfect body. None of us do.

My dancer's build has given way to Regular Joe, one now pushed past middle-age.

Boost your mental health. One step at a time. Get naked outside of the bedroom or bathroom. Stay naked for a while. Get your coffee, answer emails, watch TV, read a magazine or book. Get comfortable in your own skin.
9

10
Boners boost self-esteem. Think about how good that morning wood makes you feel.
Boners give a boost to mental health.
11
So, give yourself a boner. Look at it, admire it.

The next time you're feeling bad about your body image,
14
think of that boner.

I agree, it's obviously better to feel comfortable in our skin than the opposite. Our skin is not a garment that we can change easyly, just for following a fashion. It's a part of us, and we are who we are and as we are. For us, not for the first to come.
Coffee, emails, watching TV, reading a magazine or book... OK, but what about when you are blogging? Will you be nude by reading me or by visiting my blog?
Love, hugs and bisous, my darlings Jean and Pat.

If I could get one I would! But you know my story! Great post as always! Yes! We all come in different shapes and sizes and they can change as we grow older, but it is still "my body"! So we must own it as it is! Being nude has never worried me, even now! Very humid here this morning. Uncomfortable!

@ MFP - Of course. Even as I offer hugs and bisous, because I'm naked 99% of the time.

According to my own calculations, it would be rather 97,03 %, but that has no importance because you are welcome as well stark naked or in any outfit, excepted disguised as a President I am allergic to.
Bisous.

An aside: An I the only one who uses boner exclusively to describe unwanted erections? (Unless every boy who went to middle school with me had a fetish for polynomials...)

Following your advice I've had a big fat boner in my hands pumping out orgasms every minute for the last 10, now dripping with tasty precome!

@ Fullmoonma - Glad I could help!

@ Anon - I don't know...maybe. We used to say boner all the time when I was a kid - I was happy to see it come back into use.
