Situation Brewing

Until you can get one, stay off that bike. In the meantime, that nerve bundle will need time to recover. Avoid putting pressure along the Perineum. Don't sit on hard surfaces of any kind. Maybe even stand, or use extra cushioning under your butt when you watch TV or sit at your computer.

When I ride my bike, I change how I sit in the seat constantly... trying to move back as far as I can on the seat, so that the little pointy part doesn't press hard against the bottom of my pubis (?) I think that is the term. I can feel something pressing down there and it never feels good... more like a tourniquet. So... great advice, doc!

I had and still have the same sensations while masturbating.
Less sensations from my dick and less harder erection even if after many strokes I can ejaculate.

Now I found out later, in 2016 that I was experiencing diabetes and that hillness did affect my blood vessels and nerves too.
This was my answer of what was going on some years before I had this diagnosis.

For sur, consulting your doctor to investigate all your health condition is a good start.

Maybe not your case but it could help you to see one path.

I hope it's nothing more serious than the saddle of his bicycle. At least that's not contagious unlike the "pandemic mess". I see no objection to the installation of a saddle which facilitates the circulation of the blood.

Thank you! Thank you for this important info.... I've been experiencing less sensation during my ejaculations and was wondering why. The edging is good but at times my climax is so so at most. It's been happening now for at least the last two months on and off, mostly on... I agree about the seat on the stationary bike. When I retired I started riding my bike with Bryn when he went for his morning run. I enjoyed the exercise...and watching him in his running shorts...but I digress. After a few months I noticed that my erections weren't what they used to be. Bryn is no nonsense when it comes to health issues. He booked an appointment with our GP (a very practical man who doesn't write prescriptions at the drop of a hat). To make a long story short...he asked the right questions. He told us to change the seat on my bike, take a week or two off from riding, and gave me a cushion to sit on that is designed to take pressure off your balls and perineum.
(It is used by men that have had prostate surgery.) It wasn't long before I had boners that a cat couldn't scratch.

I actually first thought of a failure to drain, but it's not a constant thing, and I stop hurting after cumming.

I've also been skipping meals, largely because not enough time in the day. (So I need to cook bigger meals.)
