A Loss of Dignity?

You may have suspected the posts were leading to something. Of course they were.
2
A Pennsylvania student, identified as "Joel Doe," has filed a lawsuit against his school district. Kellie Fiedorek, an attorney with the Alliance Defending Freedom, representing the plaintiff in US District Court of Eastern PA, claims in the suit: "Joel experienced immediate confusion, embarrassment, humiliation, and loss of dignity upon finding himself in this circumstance."
Of course, the article I read about this left out the rest of that organization's name: For Faith. For Justice. In other words, it's a religious freedom organization, pushing their beliefs and morals through the courts and (they hope) into law.
3
What happened? Joel Doe was changing for PE class, when he noticed a student in shorts and bra changing as well. The student is in the process of transitioning from female to male. The incident took place in October 2016. The lawsuit has been made possible because The Orange One rescinded the Executive Order of the Obama administration. Therefore, Feidorek states "laws and customs" recognize that we shouldn't undress in front of the opposite gender.

Well, I would like to know why Joel was confused, embarrassed, and humiliated. A loss of dignity? For crying out loud, dude! you have a penis, not some giant unseemly, abnormal, disfiguring tumor.

Is that transgender person not supposed to know about cocks, or what one looks like?

I'll bet he does.

Or, am I completely missing something here?

Sure wish people would learn to be accepting and just live and let live. Seems like those that preach the gubment should stay out of people's lives are the very ones using the gubmemt to get into other people's lives. Oh well. I hope you are well and having fun, bro. Wishing you a delicious day! Hugs, Licks, and Strokes, AOM

probably you're right, but everyone has his own sensivity and feelings!

He was probably embarrassed because the transition person probably will have a dick bigger then his. And apparently bigger balls. My hats off to him for changing in the male locker room and not feeling intimidated.

The poor boy was exposed himself -- I wonder if he wants a separate changing room built for him -- get over it.

Religious zealots are trying to conform everyone to their repressed lifestyle.

"We shouldn't undress in front of the opposite gender."
Is it valid as regards a husband in the presence of his wife or as regards a wife in front of her husband?
We must admit that that would be an effective way significantly slow down the soaring birthrate responsible for the overpopulation of our planet.
But would not it be enough to be a little bit less stupid?
The fanatics are always wrong when they want to impose their horrible, religious zealot dictatorship.
Epictetus (and not Confucius) said "we have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak."
If god has cast us in his own image, I think that that applies to him. Since he left us adrift, he is quoted as having said many things, sometimes contradictory, but we ignore everything of what he heard. Is he deaf?
Heve a great day, my darlings Jean and Pat. Hugs and bisous.

Postscript:
The Treaty of Tripoli (Treaty of Peace and Friendship between the United States of America and the Bey and Subjects of Tripoli of Barbary) was the first treaty concluded between the United States and Tripolitania, signed at Tripoli on November 4, 1796, and at Algiers (for a third-party witness) on January 3, 1797. It was submitted to the Senate by President John Adams, receiving ratification unanimously from the U.S. Senate on June 7, 1797, and signed by Adams, taking effect as the law of the land on June 10, 1797. Its Article 11 states that "the Government of the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion."

Education. Wonderful thing when you actually receive one. When your young you have no idea how important it is until its too late. Dont screw it up for yourself or anyone else.

The young ones today scared of the trans kid seeing their dick.. Probably seen it already. The younger ones today do some very very stupid things. Dick pics. They send them out to girls as if its a fishing line or something to get some ass. You can guarantee they will share it around to her friends, sisters and maybe even their mother if their close. Hell even their dad and if that does happen that boy probably will be screwed and not in the way he was hoping.

Before they know it half the world has probably seen their dick.

Honestly your in a male change room. Your there to get changed. Who gives a crap what the other person has between their legs.

Shame! Maybe Joel Doe was experiencing his first menstruation....

Post-postscript: By rethinking about it, I think that Joe was surprised, amazed, but that all the rest is nothing else than the claptrap of lawyers who oversized and dramatized his trauma to promote their personal ideas and to claim damages for so much money as possible.

You are missing the realization that men need man space and especially with the rise of feminism their aim is to take over all male spaces. This includes the desire for females to become males. I have no problem with coed nudism for adults and even children but we shouldn't be forcing schools to force guys to undress in front of females or vice versa. Since the garden of Eden men and women have generally covered up for social reasons. There are occasions when nudity is fine and others when the social order calls for a less lasissez faire approach.
