Going Pink

It's that time again. Yes, it is.
BUDDY BALL CHECK
You know the routine. So get busy with those balls.
Take 'em out and get 'em nice and warm and hanging low.

Then look for any lumps, bumps, hard or tender spots.

Because this is also Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we're going pink. I must remind you that men can and do get breast cancer. It's not as uncommon as you may suspect.

So, while you're working on the balls, check those pecs, too. Same as women, you're looking for any unusual lumps, bumps, or tender spots.

And the same as with the man-berries, boys, if you even suspect something is a bit off, hightail it to your doctor and get it checked by a professional. The life you save may be your own.

Don't forget to remind other men to do the same.
While you're at it you might want to remind the women in your life to do a breast self-exam.

Hi...
Yes check those pecs.... a dear male work colleague developed breast cancer when he was in his late 50's, received treatment and went into remission, but sadly died at an early age....
So do check everywhere balls and well as chest guys....!
All the best...

I nearly lost the love of my life to a stroke a few years ago. We make damned sure we check each other for any signs of things that may need attention.
