Quite the Conundrum

Low T (testosterone) levels have a detrimental effect on Libido. Women are being treated with low doses for the problem. Doing an internet search one can find thousands of articles on natural libido boosters. Here's one via Healthline, Men's Health: "7 Foods and Supplements That Work Like Viagra."
But there are other boner killers that this and many of the articles don't mention. One of the most common is stress. I hear some of you asking, "If stress is killing my boners, how can I de-stress by masturbating?"

Quite the conundrum, isn't it? Jacking off is a common way that men reduce stress. But, if stress is prohibiting a proper rise, what's a guy to do?
Pinpoint the culprit of stress. Remove it as best you can. Barring the ability to do so, here are some suggestions:

1. Exercise. And you don't even have to join the gym. Yep, a good old fashioned workout. Push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, anything that gets you moving and your heart rate up.

2. Yoga. Basic, beginner's yoga can have quite a calming effect. So calming in fact that this stress-reducing, boner-booster can have an immediate effect.

3. Massage. Get a nice, gentle, soothing massage. And, like yoga, this can have a relaxing enough effect to reward you while you're on the table. (The happy ending is optional depending upon the therapist - but one should never ask for it or expect it.)

Removing and reducing stress = Boner Boost

Mid-winter stress. Cold weather, short days... there is something to say for warmer climes and sun this time of year.

Hugs and Bious from where the sun doesn't rise officially tomorrow until 8:40 a.m. ugh.

Ha!
Talk about added stress 🤣
I think moderate exercise and yoga are easily attainable. Massage is super cool and I think more people should do it. Seems simple, huh?
And still we stress.

There are many ways to combat stress to reduce its effects, but what is best is to remove its causes. For that we must cease “burning the candle at both ends”.
Its occult meaning is very interesting (the rod represents man's spine) but it's no less true that your cock is one of these "candles" that you shouldn't burn at both ends.
Hugs and bisous, my darling Jean and Pat.

@ Sixpence - Still we stress.... I blame it all on the Cheato and his cronies and sympathizers.

@ Rick - I hope you get some relief by using some of the suggestions in the article.

What did French Patrick mean by burning the candle at both ends? As you know I follow your blog and enjoy the thoughtful content. I struggle with low libido and whatnot. I don't feel like I'm deeply stressed, but there are or have been things in my life that could contribute to stress. Some stress can't really be "fixed" such as an illness of a family member. Sometimes I let the news bother me, so I try to avoid it usually.

@ Anon - That's quite an old saying. Burning the candle at both ends generally means we are not giving ourselves enough "down time," we are constantly on the go doing, doing, doing; both working and playing. Our bodies need tine to recharge - that includes the brain.
