Do you like the scent of Lavender? Do you purchase body lotions, hand lotions, shampoo and conditioners, body soaps? Any product that contains Lavender contains natural estrogen. Opposing studies are rife with arguments; the medical community suggesting Lavendin (the essential oil in both lavender and tea tree oils) contributes to hormonal imbalances in males; the beauty/bath products industry fighting back with their own studies to prove otherwise.
The bottom line is still this: While the levels may be low, added estrogen in too many products which are used by males on a daily basis will only contribute to the overall effect. Why take the chance?
PediaSure doesn't claim to contain hormones of any kind, yet it's made with Soy products - which contains fairly high levels of estrogen. Which can contribute to breast growth, shrinking testicles, and killing boners.
The question, of course, raised by several Faithful Readers is if there are foods and products which contain natural levels of Testosterone in the same way that Estrogen is found.
The short answer is No.
The long answer is foods which are high in Vitamin D and Zinc are thought to help boost production of Testosterone.
Foods suggested to assist in raising levels of Testosterone: Pomegranate, Olive Oil, Oysters, Coconut, Cauliflower and Broccoli, Whey Protiens (found in Ricotta Cheese), and Garlic. And here's a surprise - Cauliflower and Broccoli are thought to help men excrete excess estrogen.
But, one thing is for certain...we guys want those rock-solid hard-ons. The feel of our straining boners is a thing we enjoy.
The harder, the better.

As we age, boner quality becomes more important to us

And it becomes more important to get those Testosterone levels checked to maintain a good stiff cock.

love your pics here
Another great post! You are certainly the source of much helpful information! The "images" are wonderful! Trust all goes well for you at present.
There are foods to increase the estrogen, others to reduce them, it remains true that we need to consult a doctor and to make what he will tell us, so as to avoid to play the sorcerer's apprentice. The starting point is to know if we have too much, enough or not enough estrogen and in what proportion. It is hard to guesstimate, we have nothing on which to base us for estimating this in a reliable manner, and we cannot solve such a problem by playing heads or tails.
I wish you a wondrous day, mon chéri, as well as to our dear Jean, with bisous galore.
So, bearing all this in mind, would it therefore be a good idea to either injest or rub into our bodies, our ejaculated semen which I assume does contain testosterone?
More great information!
French Patrick makes good point, get your current levels for starting point. For women, and can work for men I would think, even is results show levels "in the normal range" you may still have an issue, the doctor may give you low dose estrogen/testosterone just to see if you feel better. Your "normal" may be different than the "average."
Good ideas on diet, and I think exercise is a testosterone boost too. Of course hot guys!!
Bisous Pat and French Patrick.
Fuck lavender. Essential oil of rosemary smells better and helps improve memory! Just don't rub it on your boner... ;-)
