Nudity in Your City

It was interesting to note some of the comments to recent posts. French Patrick (YourFrenchPatrick) states that when entering Denmark on a visit, one must sign a statement that nudity is acceptable. But, sadly, Danish youth are shying away from the trend.

Anonymous tells us he travels all the time via truck, bus, and RV, and frequently sees nude drivers. He continues that it is not illegal in many states - as long as you aren't jacking off.

But I do caution you: Before you drop trou and get into your car, or decide to release the girls, you should probably check the "indecent exposure" laws in your area just to make sure.

I once drove from Omaha to Cleveland in a convertible (top down) without a stitch on. It was a great trip! Got a few horn honks from vehicles that were high enough for their drivers to see into my car. Evidently it didn't cause too much of a stir because I never got pulled over by law enforcement.

We must continually push for acceptance of what nature provided.

Do you know what the nudity laws are in your city?

In Italy is not possible to go out naked!

There are no nude areas around these parts, except Sandy Hook Beach in NJ and the two gay, clothing optional campgrounds. Never drove nude, I don't know I would. I'd be afraid of getting in a accident. The clothing subliminally gives me comfort of protection,,, even though it could be easily torn in wreckage.

Rules in most States in Australia are very strict. There are clothing optional beaches.

As regards the USA, you can find the most complete an accurate answer possible, detailed state by state, @:

Bad luck! My Christopher has moved from the Maryland where:
* § 11-107. Indecent exposure. A person convicted of indecent exposure is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 3 years or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both. to the Florida where it is not much better, except that "A mother’s breastfeeding of her baby does not under any circumstance violate this section."
I doubt that he will benefit a lot of this exception.

I wish you a wondrous day, mon chérie, with a lot of bisous to share with Jean.

No nudity allowed in our small City in public but we have a University and it gets stretched in warm weather. Folks out jogging, have the bare min on and same for sunbathing.

OK, I still cringe seeing pics of folks who drive butt naked and sitting on their car seats. How about a towel or something.

I know I left a comment here but it seems to be missing.

@ Rick - Huh...that's weird. I wonder what happened to it? It's not sitting in the "Awaiting Approval" folder. Sorry about that.
