The Sperm Workout

Well, Dr.'s Oz and Roizen can sometimes be a guy's best buddies. Or, at least a great source of information. In their column last week, they provided "The Sperm Workout."

It's aimed at helping men produce more swimmers; and getting them stronger and healthier. That's terrific for those men working at becoming dads.

 "...a new study in the journal Reproduction shows that if you get yourself in shape, your sperm will follow. Researchers had sedentary men give semen samples before starting one of four, 24-week routines (moderate-intensity continuous training; high-intensity continuous training; high-intensity interval training; or remaining sedentary). The biggest improvements happened in the moderate intensity group (running on a treadmill for 30 minutes, three to four days a week). They had ...12.4 percent higher sperm motility; 17.1 percent improved sperm shape; 14.1 percent more concentrated sperm; and 21.8 percent more sperm cells, on average!" (bold is mine)

But, over the years of writing this blog, I've had many inquiries regarding increasing the volume of semen. So, here's the part we're interested in.

The moderate intensity group had an "8.3 percent more semen volume." (bold is mine) Eight percent may not sound like a lot, but any increase is welcomed. The more there is, the more contractions there will be to release it all. And, the stronger the spurts (Velocity) times a greater amount (volume) the better the orgasm. There's my old formula right there: V(v).

I have never put that together before, but I think that is correct. I have noticed when I'm more physical or turn on, I seem to produce more semen.

Exercise in general gives a few benefits for the penis. The main benefit is getting both the blood going and getting oxygen flowing more freely throughout the body. The two main things needed for healthy erections. Another way to help that process along is anti-oxidants. Great for working on blood flow and for men may help in lowering prostate cancer.

Only thing with the anti-oxidants is get them naturally. Avoid using supplements. Green tea is cheapest and easiest way of getting them in. Fruit too. I swapped to green tea a couple years ago (mainly to improve skin quality; had issues with my skin with breakouts and not stable complexion). After getting the combo right for me on skin care routine and swapping to green tea the skin issues almost completely gone. Aside from now very good skin there were other benefits. With the dick; the days of flying at half mast were almost gone. Ive had maybe 2-4 half mast ones since swapping. Erections now rock hard no half assed ones. Its either staring straight up at me or its on its way. I still young but I not taking any chances with the penis; you only get one of those.

It takes on average 21 days for the muscles to register what you are doing. Similar to weight loss too. The body takes around 3weeks/21days to get itself together. You notice little things in the lead up but the 3week mark is when it all kicks in.The hard part is sticking to it.

End of the day you have to look after your body. You only get the one and not all parts can be repaired or replaced.

@ T - You are 100% correct. One body, one cock. Take care of them as best you can, because chances are - like it or not - the time may come when they will decline. Have the patience to keep at something until it becomes routine; the results will be evident - it just takes a while.
