Caffeine and (Your) Boners

Do you love your morning coffee? Now there is a reason to love it even more - perhaps as much as you love that morning wood.
2
According to Dr. Oz, two to three cups of caffeinated coffee is good for your boner!
3
"...between 170 and 375 mg of caffeine a day (that's two to three cups of coffee, or four to eight 12-ounce caffeinated waters) were about 42 percent less likely to report erectile dysfunction than those who consumed none. And "caffeine" is the operative word here."
4
Not into coffee? No problem. Chocolate contains caffeine - have a hunk of it as an afternoon snack. Add some nuts - no, not those kind! - something like almonds or cashews. It'll help boost you out of the afternoon slump. And help you lower your risk of ED.
5
You can also get your daily allowance from tea, soda, or even sports drinks. And, more good news is that "...the association between caffeine and avoiding ED held up for men who were overweight, obese or who had high blood pressure (frequent triggers for ED)."
6
So, get that daily allowance to assist you in maintaining the ability to get a good, solid hard-on.

I drink about four or five coffe per day, and as regards the chocolate, you are my candy in chocolate.
We say that the coffee prevents from sleeping, but me when I do not manage to sleep I have a coffee and it works. Maybe because the fact of having something hot in the stomach has more effects.
I wish you a wondrous night, a morning wood, and then a wondrous day, my very dear friend, with a lot of bisous.

How fascinating, I never knew that. I have anywhere from 2 to 5 cups to day. No wonder I get hard all the time.

Always start the day with "toast and tea" - a large mug of tea! But I have my coffee with lunch - two or three cups - freshly brewed! Oh! That is not a building under construction, it is the Village's ethanol plant! I know that it looks unfinished, but it is not! Hugs, Patrick

No. 14 is one of my all-time favorites. Lots of summer afternoons outdoors doing exactly that!

I've always noticed a bit more starch in my sail after eating chocolate or drinking my tea. Great info to know. Thanks for your help. Wishing you a bonerific day, bro! Hugs and Strokes, AOM
