Now, you know I wasn't about to allow this day to go by.
For new Followers, this is the 15th of the month which makes it
BUDDY BALL CHECK DAY
That means you do a Testicular Self Exam (TSE). Get those man-berries nice and warm and loose. Then (gently) squeeze each one between thumb and forefinger. You are looking for any unusual lumps or spots which may be more dense than the surrounding tissue.
If anything - anything - seems suspicious to you, call your physician at once to schedule an appointment so he/she can check it.
Once you have finished, then you use any and all means at your disposal to encourage other men to follow suit.
Testicular Cancer knows no ethnic or socioeconomic boundaries. It's most common among males 15 to 45 years of age. But, that doesn't mean it sticks to that age range. So, get busy with those balls, boys!
Yep, we all know
And, that's perfectly okay. It's good for your health.
Enjoy yourself!

Always good advice!
thanks, good advice!
Very important! Trust things are working out for you! VERY hot and humid here today!
Two things my friend.....
1. Keep up your crusade to keep us doing our S.T.E.'s. Testicular and prostate cancers are top among the things men ignore. Get. It. Checked.
2. Bryn and I hope you are getting things back to normal. It is good to hear from you again.
Great way to start Year Nine. Now all you have to do is figure out what your Chinese sign is for the year your site was born.
Hugs and bisous.
Bad day for those who have not a buddy to check or for being checked by him.
Fortunately a Testicular Self Exam needs no partner.
I think that a buddy ball check is synonymous of a Testicular Self Exam only if we suppress the word self.
Hugs and bisous, my darlings Jean and Pat.
@ Jean - 2010 was the year of the Golden Tiger. So, I wonder what that might mean in terms of this blog? :-)
