Without Warning

Morning

"We're out in the garage and my son heaves a sigh and is pushing a boner around in his pants. All I could do was chuckle. I told him about the "waistband tuck" and that he better get used to it because it'll pop up without warning and for no apparent reason. Thanks to you, I was able to explain BOE's. Oh, and I did say he could go beat it down if he needed to."

That's information all fathers should be sharing with their sons. Now, perhaps he'll share it with his friends and save them the frustration of dealing with those constant boners.

The More You Know

Morning

File this under

You may have seen my posts about Exercise Boners. Those spontaneous erections that crop up during exercise routines.

Yesterday Rick posted a short video on his blog with a guy having a spontaneous ejaculation. The first comment solidified my suspicion that it can happen.

"...no. 4 is experiencing a coregasm, also known as exercise-induced orgasm. It occurs during intense physical exertion. The leading theory is that intense engagement of the pelvic floor and lower abdominal muscles puts pressure on internal nerves or the prostate. Exercises that require "hollowing" the abs or sustained tension (like the "Captain’s Chair" leg raise, planks, or heavy squats) are the most frequent triggers. "

I don't have the video to share, but you can find it on Rick's blog HERE.

You'll have to scroll up past the comments to the video.

Survival Rate

Morning

Yes, I know yesterday was Buddy Ball Check Day.

BUT

So I wanted to do a post on it without missing Midweek Mirth. The Testicular Self-Exam exists for a reason. When detected early, the survival rate is over 95%. It also means you can typically avoid chemo and/or radiation therapy.

Why is it so important?

Most ball cancers are painless. We don't notice anything amiss until tumors have grown large and become painful. If you've waited that long to seek medical attention, well....

Not that many guys need an excuse.

In addition to getting your balls nice and warm first,

and then normal rolling each testicle between thumb and forefinger,

Another early detection test is to look for blood in the semen.

So, this month, go the extra mile. Take the time to "run one off." Capture your cum on a piece of white paper (or other contrasting background) and look for traces of pink or red.

If you notice that, or any odd lumps, grab your phone and make an appointment with your doctor. Or go straight to a Urologist if you can.
