"I have a slightly weird question, I had a weird dream where I cut of my dick at the base and then later on i reattached it by simply holding at the base and it re attached, now I want to make it clear and I’m not trying to show off here but I love having a dick and I make very good use of it, my question is how common is it to have dreams like this, is it a sign of ill health like when you hear stories about people having nightmares or bad dreams about a particular part of their body and then they discover that they actually have a problem there, I take good care of my body and the dream wasen’t even a nightmare it was just one of those weird abstract dreams, sorry for the long question I was just curious about the meaning of the dream."
I'm not Psychologist, or dream interpreter. But I think I know what Freud would've said. That you think you may hate your dick and wish to have it removed. Yet, deep down, you know you treasure it and the pleasure it provides.

Now this: Who knows why we dream what we dream, or what significance we should attach to it. The last vivid dream I had involved me, another naked man, and 2 alien lifeforms with green translucent skin, whited out eyes, human arms and a wormlike tail. We were involved in a pillow fight on a mattress and one alien was slithering up to get my pillow. As it reached for the pillow, I grabbed the corner of it and through it behind me with a "no you don't" which I heard myself say as the bed lamp and shade crashed into me, in reality. My pillow lay on the floor. Restoring the lamp, I went back to sleep laughing a little and saying, "try to analyze that!!!"
Dreams: enjoy them, don't overthink them.
Well... I have often dreamed that my dick was enormous. Amazing the absolute let down when I wake up enough to realize that, nope, it's the same thing I've had all my life.
But to cut off and reattach? Perhaps swapping to different models? Idunno?

Wow, imagine an interchangeable dick. With that said, I’ve read that dreams are just the mind processing thoughts, questions or information that you could not entirely process at the time they occurred (waking hours). Perhaps you were working on replacing something, or saw something about prosthetics, or were playing with Legos, (who knows) and a thought occurred at the same time as a spontaneous boner popped up and got your attention for minute. That night your brain tried to process the half thought and merged them. Again, who knows the brain (and penis) is an amazing thing. Oh, oh, and medications can really add a twist to dreams, let me tell you, wow.

There's cold shrinkage and then there's complete absence.
I think that photo has been doctored as the thigh on the right near the groin seems to be partly obscured, yet the obscuring object is replaced by a black shadow that doesn't quite match the environment. There should at least be shrunken testicles and an acorn showing, but there is nothing at all visible.
I call shenanigans, but I think we need to get used to such things in the new era of deep fakes making us question the truth of everything.
