A Rash

 

"I have followed your blog for years. I appreciate all the information that you provide. I have a problem that has been going on for some time and I'm hoping you and your followers might be able to help.

Iv'e dealt with eczema my whole life. When I was younger it manifested on my thighs and just below my groin. For the last ten to twelve years I have had issues with the glans of my penis. I have gone to a dermatologist for years and he tells me that there is no cure for eczema. I am aware of that. In all the years that he has treated me, the redness has diminished but it has never gone away. I have gone through at least a dozen different  prescriptions. The last being Triamcinolone Acetonide, which is a steroid that needs to be used sparingly.

I'm reaching out to you on the hopes you or your followers might suggest something that will truly help.

I can relate to the frustration. What I thought was eczema on my glans turned out to be psoriasis. Who knew psoriasis could show up on the cock? It was white and scaly and itched like crazy. The steroid cream cleared it up within a few weeks.

If the cream isn't working, I'm going to suggest you consult a Urologist --- if you haven't already. Though a dermatologist should know that a rash on the cockhead is not normal, a urologist might be more informed on how to treat it.

However, I will post your issue and the photos sent along and we'll see what Readers might suggest. I know there are a few who are in the medical field.

Glans Size

 

Like the Peyronies Disease (PD) commercial says, "Guys [packages] come in all shapes and sizes."

But we're not here to talk about PD. And we're aren't going to discuss size. Well, not the measurement that immediately comes to mind when most think about the subject. Today we address a question about the glans meatus - or cockhead.

"I am possessed of a rather large cockhead as I have been told numerous times by the men who have swallowed it and taken it into their dark passageway. I am told I am thick. That's something I never really thought about. Most men's cockhead is proportionate to shaft girth. There are, of course, exceptions to that. In our military circle jerks, we called one guy "Needle Dick" because his glans was narrower than the shaft - think the Washington Monument. Another's was noticeably larger and his wife referred to it as his Fireman's Helmet.

The glans is measured the same way shaft girth is: Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest point.

But the most interesting tidbit I found during research is that the size of the glans meatus can be indication of possible hypospadia (a condition where the meatus isn't at the tip of the penis. Instead, the hole may be any place along the underside of the penis).

"Glans size was analyzed as both a continuous and dichotomous variable, with small glans defined as <14 mm. Results: Mean glans size was 15 mm (10-27 mm) in 490 boys (mean 1.5 years) undergoing 432 primary repairs (380d/19mid/33prox), and 58 reoperations (28d/7mid/23prox)."

I don't think there has ever been a study on adult males.

Seriously, guys. If you're cut - whether it was at birth, or from a medical need - put a few drops on your cockhead after a shower. It'll keep the skin nice and soft - the way it should be. That will increase the sensitivity. Increased sensitivity increases sexual pleasure.
