Anonymous left a comment on yesterday's post that takes precedence over the post I'd planned on doing.
"This probably isn't the right place for this, but my sex drive has increased within the last five years (25 now) and i've been masturbating a lot more frequently (two to three times a day). I believe I've developed a lymphocele (an apparently harmless cyst that happens with trauma to the penis, in my case, vigorous masturbation).
I know I should chat with a doctor if it persists beyond a few days (currently at day two), but I was wondering if you or your followers knew more about these and how I can prevent them. I know I should use more lube and cut down how much I jack off, but masturbating just isn't satisfying anymore."
Anonymous, this is the right place to voice a concern. Via email or comment doesn't matter, so long as we find a resolution. Let's address in chronological order.
That your libido has increased over the last five years is normal, really. You're 25-years old and, evidently, your testosterone levels haven't peaked yet. Nothing wrong with that.
That you've been jacking off two to three times a day as a result isn't anything to be concerned about. You don't need to cut down on the masturbation. At your age, it isn't excessive. (So long as it doesn't completely take over your life.)
According to a Healthline article, "Lymphoceles happen when lumps or swelling appear on your penis after you have sex or masturbate. They result from blockage in your lymph channels, which carry clear lymph fluid throughout your body to help your immune system. These lumps usually go away shortly after they appear and don't need to be treated."
Not to be confused with a sebatious cyst (a small hard lump which is comprised of skin cells), a lymphocele should dissipate provided you don't aggravate it. To avoid that, yes, you should be using more lube to masturbate. Allow your hand to slide along the shaft
rather than using a tight grip which tugs on the skin.
If they don't resolve themselves, then you really need to go see your doctor. He/she can easily treat it. The National Institute for Health states: "However, treatment options are usually reserved for clinically symptomatic lymphoceles and include percutaneous [use of a syringe to drain] drainage and open or laparoscopic marsupialization [cutting a slit and using a catheter to drain; typically reserved for other pelvic areas, not the penis]."
If masturbation isn't satisfying any longer because you are so constantly horny you feel the need to cum, have your Testosterone levels checked. If they are off-the-charts high, there are medications to help lower them.
On the other hand (pun intended), if it's a matter that orgasms just don't feel as satisfying, changing up the how and where of jacking off can help with that. The level of satisfaction is built by two components: Volume (the amount) of cum and Velocity (the speed) of ejection (ejaculation).
Those are built on the height of arousal. The more aroused we are, the better the chances of achieving that sensation. Increase your arousal by slowing down, taking your time, teasing yourself before you ejaculate.
Readers, any other suggestions?

clean your best friend very carefully before and after your wank
Agreed on all points. Use coconut oil as a lube, it's good for you and has no negative properties within it. As for not getting off with the level, you are used to could lie on the fact that it is becoming a routine. try doing mindful masturbation. It's from the old books of Tantra. They knew what they were doing, believe me. Make it a full spiritual feeling both mind and body. Do some Kegel exercises, that will strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, thus giving you a more profound orgasm. Scrotal breathing is a good way to start your session and going over to masturbation.
Yes, two to three times a day, is not a problem. Vigorous masturbation, maybe, according to what your reader calls "vigorous". You have provided a number of good hints advices, and the only fact that there is several possibilities seems to me enough to justify the need to consult a specialist. An andrologist or an urologist. Except of course if you are sure you have been exhaustive. But your reader can perhaps also wait a little bit to see if it evolves or not, for the better or worse, or not at all.
Hugs and bisous, my darlings Jean and Pat. Have a great weekend.
Good advice on changing it up. I too have been thornier then normal. I too have been masturbaiting tis or three times a day. Spring is normal for me to do this, but it usually subside back to normal. I have the feeling my new workout routine and running might have something to do with that.
More lube should help as well as changing it up as mentioned. And as long as the libido is not taking over life and affecting job, relationships, etc., then I say enjoy the urges and wank away.
