The Last Thing

Myth #2 the writer expressed I can wholly get behind. There's this idea that men are always ready, willing, and able. Nothing could be further from the truth. But, I believe the myth stems from the days of us walking around with boners all the time when we were in the deep throes of puberty.

Then, add the fact our cocks spring up at the oddest times that, in reality, is a physiological need for oxygen to the Cavernosae and has nothing to do with wanting to get our rocks off.

Of course, it doesn't help that the myth is perpetuated in film and television. Every once in a while we are treated to reality as we were in one of the final scenes of "Forgetting Sarah Marshall." Jason Segel is in bed with Kristen Bell and his cock isn't cooperating. He's just not into it; he's just no longer into her.
We may present ourselves otherwise, but guys have times when sex is the last thing we want or need in the moment.

I always want sex, and I'm 47 years old. Am I normal?

@ Xersex - Of course you are normal. Though, I suspect that even you have times when you do not feel up to it.... LOL

Another great and much needed post. But I will say that I really like it when my body does its physiological things and gets me hard. Just wish it came a little easier like say when I was I dunno maybe 16 or 17. :-) Maybe for another post, but obviously age comes with more exposure to porn. Do you think porn causes ed problems? I see some circles seem to think it does, and vigorously promote things like no nut november, and no fap etc... These days it seems however they can name it.

@ Anon - Pron really has nothing to do with ED and I really wish they would cease the bullshit. What they're calling ED isn't actual ED. The No Nut and No Fap drives are, if you'll pardon the expression, nuts. It is indeed worth a post this month. Thanks for the reminder.
