Morning.
"Does your company have wellness days? My business partner and me established them recently. The opposite of calling sick? I had woken up with the most exquisite hard-on and when I told him he asked why I came into work. Well, my wife was out of town on business so what was the point of staying home. He told me all the more reason, if it was him he would've stayed home playing with his balls and stroking his cock all day. I laughed but he said to go home and enjoy myself. The next day we talked about it and then sent a memo everyone gets 4 "wellness" days a year to do whatever they want."
Only one place I worked and it wasn't an official thing. In our department, we could call and give a few really fake coughs into the phone and our boss would chuckle and say, "Okay, see you tomorrow."
I don't think I ever spent an entire day jacking off. But if the weather was good, I'd go for a nude hike.

The closest I ever came to something like that was in my first corporate job. When my manager would see a staff member stressing out, working long hours and exhausted, he's give us a "Mental Health Day".
In later years, I worked in a large, corporate office building with huge restrooms on every floor, I'd occasionally hear someone pumping one out in one of the far stalls (can't miss that sounds of a wet fist jacking). I guess that was about as close to a "Wellness Day" as I got.
One place I worked gave the employees 4 "personal" days per year. You did not have to give a reason for taking the time off. However, many managers still preferred to hear the time off was for car repairs or something similar, rather than a kid's school play or a spa day.
Sounds like a very interesting gym.
Where I work now we get 4 wellness days or they call them personal days. Yes as sick or whatever days. I have been home all day having sex, but I don't think I ever jacked off the whole day. Although there has been days where it might have been four or five times.
We have four day weeks.
It works wonders on you.
XOXO
The company I work for gives us 5 Wellness Days on top of our Sick Days.
We had wellness days but they could be used for anything, and no limit, but nobody ever took more than one or two a year and that would be in addition to our sick days". We frequently called them mental health days too. Hugs and bisous.
Sick days are really wellness days, you are trying to improve your state of health regardless.
Imagine if society progresses to much greater work from home: every day can have a wellness component, even the whole day every day spent naked if you don't require visual communication to do your work and that's not including the frequent comfort breaks to go along with the nakedness.
Sadly I am seeing a trend to prohibit male masturbation in toilets to protect others delicate sensibilities. Society is becoming more prudish, not less. As for not being allowed to be naked in your backyard because a neighbour might see and be offended, or heaven forbid a child seeing natural human behaviour before they are ready to understand, they are the ones looking, not you forcing reflected photons into their eyes.
Two ways to handle the stress.... The best would've been to combine the two.
Were those in addition to sick days? I hope so.
It was a great gym! It's gone now, torn down, pools filled in. I think there's an apartment building there now. <<>>
Well, 4 or 5 times might count as all day. LOL.
One place I worked for did 9-80... 9 days over two weeks, that got you a 3-day weekend every other week. I admit that was nice.
XOXO
Now, that's nice! Worked into the entire work plan rather than having to fake illness.
It seems companies in our greedy city are behind the times. Don't know of any place that offers wellness days in addition to sick days.
Hugs and bisous.
A short stint I had of working from home and I still showered and dressed --- just in case.
Society is definitely reversing to "shrinking violet" attitudes. And that's a very sad state of affairs. Especially if you can't even sit in a men's room stall and stroke one out.
A couple companies I have worked for have done similar things. Neither called it a Wellness Day but as long as you had either Annual leave, Time in Leui (hours owed to you if you worked overtime) or Sick leave you could use that. Most prefered that you didnt use your sick leave for it but if that was all you had left that would be what they took out.
Last company I worked for had Fit for Work instead. If for any reason you were not ok for work you would use that instead of making up something.
