An Indie Film

Morning

I'm an admitted nudist, or as we prefer: Naturist. So, it should come as no surprise that I made a small investment in this Indie film.  Naked As Created: The Pastor Jim Moore Story is based on the true story of Jim Moore (a very nice guy, btw). The film is available on a variety of platforms (Amazon, Vimeo) to rent or buy. And you might be surprised that a film which deals with and depicts nudity is available on DVD or BluRay at Walmart, of all places.

If you click the above photo, it will take you to a website with links to the film.

Watch the trailer:

Nude isn't lewd. Nude isn't "dirty." Those aren't "naughty bits."

I hope you'll give it a watch,

and let me know what you think.

I miss the old days of having a private backyard. Clothing was always optional. But that was the Florida gulf coast, and the temps were more or less moderate to tropical, so getting the cheeks kissed by the sun felt wonderful! As I say, when I live in Florida, I didn't have a tan line. Living in New England, I can say the same thing... (pasty white is a color). But I had a neighbor who, when I would be floating around in my pool, WELL under her line of sight, she would yell out "I can SEE YOU OVER THERE!!!".

Anyhow. Loved the photo collection!

Just watched the trailer! MARVELOUS!!! I am going to send it to my minister! She's always up for shaking up a congregation!

It is a rather eye-opening experience. When me and my circle of friends always had pool parties or after hours pool parties people always got naked but you didn't think anything of it. It wasn't until I went to the Woods Campground that I was in an exclusively official nude place. And it's funny cuz once you're in the scene and the scenario and a lot of people are naked after a while you don't even notice it. There's been weekends I've been there that I'm completely nude the whole time. But it's one reason the woods is so great there's no pressure or judgment made on anybody whether they want to be clothed semi-clothed jockstraps are completely nude.

I think the idea of being a Naturist is great.
Too much shame around the naked human body.

XOXO

Thank you, Boz! I think it's a decent film --- won't win any Oscars but....

LOL. Sounds like she had a good sense of humor.

I hope you like it. And thank you for spreading the word.

Clothing-optional places where most people are nude are great. It really IS like that: After a very short while, it's not even a "thing." Our parties in Summer months never failed to turn into everyone nude in and out of the pool,

Exactly. But imagine being a preacher and losing your job because you attend a clothing optional place....

Gee... Abercrombie & Fitch has a great, new way to show off their new lifeguard outfits!

You mentioned not paying attention to nude people. The movie, Rapa Nui, about Easter Islanders, has the ladies running around topless. The guys as well, but.... They don't wear a lot down below, but it's not as naked.
After a few minutes of noticing the ladies, they blend into the background, and aren't such a big deal.

I prefer to be naked. At home, naked naked naked. My flatmate (ex-navy) couldn't give a fuck. He's all "oh! Naked Fox!"
Same with him. It's nothing sexual, it's just a couple of middle aged men (we're both 46) and we are so comfortable with nudity. I mean he's walked in on me jerking off and we just laugh about it. Nothing to hide, no shame

It’s amazing how many men’s feet are white, compared to the rest of their skin, like in the A&F photo.. If you take anything off, don’t forget to take your socks off too. Get some sunshine!
Hugs and bisous

Thanks, Rick!

I am still wondering what that naked lineup was about....

whkattk said...

Exactly. It works the same way with a wagging willy.

whkattk said...

That's what I call a perfect relationship.

whkattk said...

LOL. Either that, or their feet were hanging off the end of the tanning bed.
Hugs and bisous.

I'm a body-positive and sex-positive pastor. I enjoy being nude at times, recognizing that society (not just church) has major hang-ups with this. I find acceptable places to enjoy and celebrate nudity: at home, gay saunas, and nude beaches.

I think you'd enjoy this film. It teaches the very experiences you enjoy: Being nude in places without judgment. This won't win any Oscars, but it's a decent film and approaches the subject with honesty and grace.
