Again

Morning

Jimmy Kimmel Live will be back on-air tonight. Could their servers crashing, due to all the cancellations, have anything to do with it?

For all my Jewish readers

Evening September 22 - September 24

Today is the Rapture. Again.

Are you ready?

Sinclair Broadcast Group, who owns our ABC affiliate and 38 other affiliates across the nation, will continue the ban on Kimmel and air news stories instead. I cut cable 2 years ago so this will not affect me, but offers further proof that broadcast programming and most news sources are politically aligned with the current administration and couldn't care less about 1st amendment rights.

Well, gee, I missed that again.

The one that should be boycotted is Sinclair Communications along with their advertisers. Sinclair’s extreme right founder even said they are there to support Trump and his policies in every way. Sinclair owns many ABC affiliates, perhaps it’s time for ABC to seek other affiliates and get away from Sinclair’s stench.

The dollar is very powerful and when Disney stock dropped and cancellation after cancellation, the almighty dollar won. Instead of just sticking up the the dictator regime that is in office, they were cowards.

True. Sinclair owns our NBC affiliate. Because they force them to read his op-ed junk, we refuse to watch any of their local programming and damn little of the national. Thursday "Must Watch TV" is long gone.

Me, too, Rick.

It sure did. The companies that continue to capitulate should all lose. But at someone on Bluesky said, this has been in the making for decades and won't be repaired for generations - if ever.
