Age, for one. The younger we are, the larger the volume in each ejaculation --- and the more force behind each spurt.
But age doesn't have to be the end of those satisfying orgasms. As I've been saying for years: Regular Kegel exercises can help increase the force when you cum. Time lapses between sexual activity can help increase the volume. Length of arousal can help improve both volume and velocity.
Medical News Today says,
"The International Society for Sexual Medicine suggest males expel, on average, 1.25 to 5 ml of semen each time they ejaculate. This is roughly 1/4 to 1 teaspoon.
"On average, around a teaspoon’s worth, but there are a few things that affect this. Factors like smoking, diet, genetics, and overall health can impact semen volume. If a person with a penis goes a few days without sex, they’re likely to ejaculate more. Age is another big factor.
