Post Surgery Inches

"I'm scheduled for prostate surgery and read that a guy loses length with it. Mine is average right now does that mean I end up with a micro dick?"

Anything under 2" (erect) is considered a micro penis by the medical community.

Well, according to what I've found, you may lose length, you may not. According to the article "Does Penis Size Change After Prostate Surgery" posted on verywellhealth, there are many types of prostate surgery and many do not cause a shortening. It will depend on the type of surgery. And the size of the prostate.

The size of the prostate will also have an effect of the volume of ejaculate after surgery. The prostate does not make up the bulk of ejaculate, as was once thought to be the case, but removal will cause a noticeable difference.

Further investigation reveals that, according to a paper published by BMC Urology, phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor, or PDE5i, administered post-operative found that 62% of the participants recovered full pre-operative penile length.

Regardless of whether you lose inches or not, the thing to focus on --- besides becoming cancer-free --- is whether you are able to use and enjoy your cock after recovery.
To assist in enjoyment after my brother underwent surgery, a sex therapist and his urologist both schooled him on how to (at least initially) assist the hardness by grasping the very base of the shaft. Much like this guy is doing.

The let up on the pressure as you are about to cum.

I hope your surgery goes well and you have a full recovery. Of size and use.

You said that right Pat! It would be a worry after enjoying you cock of size all for the years...but the important thing will be he will be cancer free and have a cock that will still function is important. And a friend of mine reads your blog, he'll be happy to see you featured smaller cocks. He doesn't frequent on line forums, or blogs much because we, and I myself included, only seem to only feature above average cocks to huge cocks. He'll be tickled.

Hello !
I had prostate surgery (adenoma) 10 years ago, I have not lost length, but I no longer have ejaculation, the orgasms are still there but dry. At the beginning it feels weird, but with time and the pleasure that is always there it is going very well.
Good continuation in your writing, great ...! Jeff Bordeaux France

Men might want to consider sitting down when they pee — not because it’s one of the f cysts and owe moments of the day they can rest but because it might be better for them. For older men with prostate problems, in particular, sitting down to urinate could help them empty their bladders more effectively and reduce the risks For other health complications.

I have also read that sitting down when we pee reduce the risks of cancer of the prostate by more than 50%
As for me it's what I do.
As regards your reader I hope that it's not a cancer.

Hugs and bisous, my Jean and Pat.

Hope his surgery goes well!
And you are right, it depends of the kind of surgery and if all the prostate is eliminated.
One of the side effects is that many men stop cumming as copiously as before. The feeling of orgasm stays the same, though.

XOXO

There are also cockrings for the base of the shaft

Take good care of your prostates, dears. They are precious, indeed. And a lot of fun to massage! Drink water! Limit alcohol.

@ Jeff, Bordeaux - I'm happy to hear you have remained functional after your surgery. Your response will give men hope for their own recovery.

@ Anon - Yep, a cock ring would help, so long as it is not kept on too long.

I was surprised that you mentioned he could expect ejaculate after prostate cancer treatment. My experience is that I, after having radiation to kill the cancer, do not have ejeculate. A little pre-cum but no ejaculate. I have talked with lots of guys on Frank Talk and I do not remember anyone who had either kind of cancer treatment, radiation or prostectomy, say they could still have ejaculate. It seems to be one of the trade offs. During and after treatment a guy needs to work on getting his boner back.
