The Grand Experiment that was the USA is over. The ruling proves that the founding principles are no longer valid. Justice is NOT blind and some individuals ARE above the law.

If This Were Game of Thrones and I had three dragons, the Supreme Court building would not be standing currently. Everybody better brace themselves cuz we are beginning to see the start of a dictatorship. If I can make it to retirement I seriously am considering just leaving the country. I don't know why Biden didn't stack the court. Hopefully some of those old fools will drop off on Biden's watch. Roberts...Thomas...Alito......the dump secured and fucked us for years to come.

What is going on in USA is getting weirder and weirder since tRumb took office and even before it.
From outside your country, we are witnessing the decline of your Constitution as it is now so obvious ths it's less and less in phase with the 21st century as your founding fathers could never know how USA's society would evolved.
Just thinking of that Second Amendment which had been hijacked by the NRA to make believe that baring weapons is a right no matter if it could shoot hundred of bullets per seconds to kill so many...
Also the entering of Christian religion influencing your politics is another example of what the founding father didn't want to happen as they were against England King of the Anglican church and did exclude any religion to get into USA's politics.
USA is going the wrong way like the Titanic over the iceberg.
The decision did shock me.

There is one person who is determined to get Trump back into the White House to get the Ukraine and that is Putin. And Trump is just the useful idiot to do it to stay out of prison. All of this including the SCOTUS decision is nothing more than a concerted effort on Putin‘s part to make that happen. All roads lead to Putin.
Our country has been at war for almost the last eight years, fending off Trump and his financial backers.
And that’s just the half of it, now there’s Biden who’s had a fantastic four years of accomplishments who is fading before our eyes.
First we were being gaslit by the Republicans and now we are being gaslit by the Democrats.
It can’t get any worse could it?

@ Jean - Oh, it's turned into a shitshow. I think (hope?) that Biden's stumble during the debate was from OTC cold meds. He sure kicked some butt at the rally the next day. And I loved his response to the SCOTUS ruling. The Dems need to prop him up, not tear him down. If we can take the House, retain a decent majority in the Senate, and keep Joe in the Oval, we can do something about all of the nonsense. The bill-in-waiting about expanding the Supreme Court to match the number of circuit courts would be a good start.
