Prostate Massage and Dry Orgasm

So, to go along with Friday's post regarding the benefits of frequent ejaculation comes this article from MensView.com, "The Benefits of Prostate Milking," about prostate massage, sent by Faithful Reader, Jonathan.
Considering that September is National Prostate Health Month, what better time to cover this?  Author Matt Grey offers this description to explain what it is:

"At its core, a prostatic massage (AKA prostate milking) is a technique used clear the prostatic duct. Think of it as a pipeline that runs between your prostate and the rest of your reproductive and urinary system.
When massaging this gland, it may cause spontaneous secretion of fluid (ejaculate). When properly executed, the massage may help cleanse this duct of toxicity."
And, then goes on to provide the seven benefits of the procedure. Many years ago, it was reported that the 50's and 60's Hollywood Elite core of gay actors, needing to hide their sexuality, would travel to a clinic in Phoenix every so often to get this done.

Fact or fiction? Who knows? But today's men - regardless of orientation - are able to take advantage of this in the privacy of their homes. There is an abundance of prostate massage wands on the market.

Along with that, comes a question from Faithful Reader, Stan, who underwent prostate removal. To affect erections, he's had an inflatable implant. While he enjoys being able to have sex, he misses the ejaculations. He experiences orgasm, but doesn't cum.

The Prostate provides quite a bit of the ejaculate, but not all. The seminal vesicles actually contribute more  to the volume. Yet, Stan doesn't ejaculate.
The American Cancer Society, in the article "Cancer Can Affect a Man's Ability to Ejaculate," may offer a clue as to what may have happened.

"After radical prostatectomy (removal of the prostate) or cystectomy (removal of the bladder), a man will no longer produce any semen because the prostate and seminal vesicles have been removed. The testicles still make sperm cells, but then the body simply reabsorbs them. This is not harmful. After these cancer surgeries, a man will have a dry orgasm." [bold blue is mine]

When seminal volume decreases, typically so does the sense of satisfaction, or "completeness."
The article doesn't offer any solutions. If anyone out there can point us in the right direction, it would be of great help to a lot of men out there.

As Freshmen happened to write it recently, an ejaculation requires no translation. May be that if the seminal volume decrease, we only have to keep a sharp ear out.
Hugs and bisous, my darlings Jean and Pat.

I don't know much about prostate massage or that it had those benefits, but I do know it feels good, and get you good and hard.

Once you have treatment for prostate cancer, a guy can only have a dry orgasm. Thank your for sharing on the topic. I only orgasm after my treatment and it is very different and not as intense as before.

The real question is why so many fake doctors fetishize the anus so much.
