Good morning.
A request from Faithful Reader Rad:
"I got a marketing question for you and your readers. Many years ago, you pointed me to "The Naked Rugby Players" (TNRP) for their annual calendar. TNRP did a lot of advocacy for testicular cancer, and the proceeds from their calendars went to UK cancer awareness programs. Loved it for the several years they were in production; I got a wall calendar of men who, well, looked like me. I little doughy, thick, hairy, etc. Love the altruistic nature of the calendar and I felt good leaving it up when prudish visitors would gaze in horror at the cheekily naked men on my home office wall. I got to educate them on WHAT TNRP was and WHY I proudly hung the calendar up. Well, the production house seems to have gone casters up since 2023. No 2024 calendar and no hint of a 2025 calendar.
I really like provocative calendars with a purpose. Not into the "plasticize / posed" stuff you get from Colt or other hard core providers. So question: Can you or your readers recommend a calendar along the lines of the TNRP? I looked at the site for "Broadway Bares" (AIDS awareness), but they have nothing."
I think the guy to answer this one is Larry from the Unashamed Male blog. I believe he's done a series of calendars - one particular from Australia - featuring "regular joes" to raise awareness for worthy causes.
Anyone else have resources?
We're expecting the temp to hit 105° today. The pool just might warm back up enough to get in.

I got nothing, 'cept to say: Have a nice weekend.
Happy Friday to you too, my darlings Jean and Pat.
Hugs and bisous;
I ain't no help on this....as I use nature and wildlife calendars.
We're heading for low- to mid-70s today-- we get to share some of the rain that Florida couldn't use. It's been a long, dry Summer, and I just hope it soaks in and doesn't run off.
For Faithful Reader Rad: Pat is right; I have featured many naked calendars my blog. Some of them are one-offs, and some are just fund-raisers, not supporting a worthy cause, but here are four of them that you might like:
Bare Bums by Glasgow Marrow is a UK calendar supporting the Anthony Nolan blood cancer charity. rear views only, no frontals. https://glasgowmarrow.org/calendar
Farmers Calendar (UK). The proceeds go to a different charity each year. Black and white, no frontals. The 2025 calendar supports Farms for City Children. https://thefarmerscalendar.co.uk
Red Hot calendars (UK) does not support a charity. Its cause is to fight British prejudice against ginger men. Shows frontals. https://www.redhot100.com/collections/calendars
Barefoot Man (used to be the Warwick Rowers calendar), a UK calendar that supports Sport Allies, a charity promoting inclusion in sports and equity in life. https://barefootman.org/shop/merchandise/calendars/
You can see other calendars on my blog https://unashamedmale.blogspot.com/. Click “calendar” on the list at right.

Helene! Pouring rain. At least I probably got my car washed really well. Happy Friday. Maggie Smith, RIP. Hugs and bisous.
Thanks, Rick!
Thank you, mon ami. Hugs and bisous.
Wait. What? Nature and wildlife? Wait.... Oh, I can see the wildlife now! LOL.
Thanks, Larry!!!
Ooooo, our place in St. Pete really got hammered and sustained a lot of damage. I think my sister's going to be very busy...once she can get her car running again, or get a new one. Hugs and bisous.
Thank you, Larry!!! Rad
Thank you, Larry!! Rad
What an interesting post. I've just taken part in a photo shoot for a nude charity calendar - men & women - to support the work of a local program here in my part of the UK that supports people living with and beyond cancer via an exercise program (and social support too). All of us who've taken part in the calendar project have had or currently have cancer. We're really excited about it as there don't appear to be many calendars here in UK that feature actual cancer patients (although I know there are a handful). Our calendar isn't in print yet but will be soon. It feels like something really positive for us all. Best wishes everyone x
Our place in FL got totally hammered. So much damage, it's going to take my sister a long, long time to dig out of this one.
That's fantastic! Doing something like that is a wonderful thing. There remains a lot of shame over the results of treatments. I hope you will let us know when it is available!
Happy Birthday Pat
Aw, thank you, Jeff!!!
