That day of the month when we give The Boys a good once-over. Get them all warm and cozy and, using your thumb and forefinger, gently examine each one.
If all is good, your next job is to encourage other men to do the same.
If you detect a lump or a spot that is more firm than the rest of the testicle, hightail it to the doctor for a professional opinion.
Promise me you've done the deed.

I did it, I did it. Spent a very enjoyable half hour examining the boys, all is good. Also a thorough examination of the inside foreskin and glans. All is good there too. I am very strict on daily cleaning of my dick and foreskin. So that night, chatting with my (straight) neighbor I asked him if he ever examined his boys. He had no idea what I was talking about... well, he is a church goer, so what can I say. I gave him the low down on testicular and penile cancer, and suggested he do the examination. He actually asked me to help! So, being the good person I am (!) I did. I had never seen him naked before. And, as with many guys, he’s circumcised, so there was only a general exam of the glans, but he was most thorough with his balls (under my tutelage!) I think we have a convert to monthly boys’ exam.
